Dr. Jacqueline M. Johnson is the CEO and Sr.Organizational Behavior Specialist of 2Empower, LLC. Prior to founding 2Empower, LLC., she worked in the private and public sectors in both Corporate America and Academia. She has co-authored four books, The Young Female Leader, Tapping Into Your Inner Vision, The Coaching Guru and The Female Architect. Her book Leadership Diaspora, the long metaphorical journey to leadership, addresses the challenges women face in the workplace and identifies skills and traits required for optimum success.
She conducts ongoing research surrounding leadership in the workplace and is dedicated to educating and empowering people to reach their full potential and aspirations inside and out of the diverse workplace zone.
Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Illustration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University.
Dr. Barry C. Johnson is a Partner at 2Empower, Inc. Prior to joining our team, he had an extensive career in industry, rising to such executive positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Honeywell International, Inc. and Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Semiconductor Products Sector of Motorola, Inc. At Honeywell, he was a member of the corporate executive management team with responsibilities that included setting the strategic direction for their global network of technology organizations. At Motorola, he was accountable for the Sector’s worldwide new product platform and technology strategies. He also held prior academic positions as Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona, and Dean of the College of Engineering at Villanova University.
Dr. Johnson earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Business Administration Program at Arizona State University. He has served on several corporate boards and is the recipient of numerous professional honors, including induction into the National Academy of Engineering of the United States and The Fraunhofer Society of Germany.
His areas of specialty include corporate business, innovation and technology strategies, and the attendant operational processes required to insure alignment of those strategies across the enterprise.
